Position is remote - but we are setting expectations that there may be a meeting here and there which they would come in for to Rosslyn .
Our client currently seeking a Full Stack Developer with experience in agile DevOps, CI/CD, application design, development and, implementation in multi-tier containerized environments. This remote position will be in support of the Defense Health Agency's Longitudinal Natural Language Processing (LNLP) application being developed for the client in Rosslyn, VA .
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Perform full stack development, test across all tiers of the application front-end [HTML/JS], back-end [API, DB], D. Perform unit, debugging and regression testing.
Support continuous delivery of the application from development environments to staging and production environments.
Support and build upon ongoing infrastructure as code (Dockerfile/docker-compose) as well as CI/CD development (Jenkins).
Advise on product decisions through research, customer feedback and iterative feedback loops.
Support and review system architecture document development and process/information flow, and end product documentation (e.g., User Guides, Test Plan/Reports, Software Version
Document (SVD) etc.). Design logical and physical ERD diagrams, process flow diagrams, and related data processing design documentation. Experience with RMF and DoDAF preferred.
Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical audiences and experience in producing quality client-facing deliverable content. Strong UI/UX and Human-Centered Design (HCD) experience.
Collaborate with internal team and clients to capture business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
Possess strong oral and written communication skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, problem-solve and effective time management.
