Legal Director Full Time About The Position: Our client is searching for a legal counsel to be part of its regional legal team. A business oriented counsel, familiar with commercial matters and aspects of high-tech companies. A successful legal counsel will be a strong resource for the corporate team; negotiate legal transactions; reviewing commercial engagements, licensing agreements, aquisitions, leasing agreements and provide legal advice to the sales teams. Requirements:

• Graduate of a leading university or college.
• 3-5 years experience in high-tech or international department of a leading law firm or high-tech company
• Excellent verbal and written communications in English
• Experience in working with global businesses is an advantage

• Great analytical and logical thinking;
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and fast-paced work environment;
• Service oriented;
• Team player;
• Superb interpersonal skills;
