Job Description

Responsible to assist the Store Manager in the overall operation, leadership, and performance of a Retail store including meeting sales goals and budgets. As impactful will be to supervisor and direct the activities of individuals in donation processing.

Qualifications

• Team leader for the production area and store in absence of a Production Coordinator.
• Ability to manage aspects of retail store as well as donation/inventory control.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills with both large groups and individual focus.
• Proven track record to increase sales in a retail setting.
• Must be able to operate Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to convey a positive and professional image to employees, customers and employers.
• Ability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines.
• Ability to pass criminal background check.
• Supervisor skills needed to manage operation and transportation crews.
• Some travel required.
• Must have retail store experience.
• Must be able to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
• Must have valid drivers license.

Additional Information

Salary will begin at $13.86 per hour. Potential for rate increase after 90 days.

• High school or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years retail manager or supervisor experience.
