We are seeking several Customer Service Representatives to work for a one of our top Healthcare Corporations located in Virginia Beach, VA 23462Work Schedule: M-F Between 8am-8pmTraining- 4 weeksPay Rate: $17.00 per hourJob Overview: Responsible for successfully completing the required basic training. Able to perform basic job functions with help from co-workers, specialists and managers on non-basic issues. Must pass the appropriate pre-employment test battery.Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Codes and processes claims forms for payment ensuring all information is supplied before eligible payments are made.

Researches and analyzes claims issues.

Learning the activities/tasks associated with his/her role.

Works under direct supervision.

Work is reviewed for technical accuracy and soundness.

Requirements:

Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.

1 year of Call Center or Customer Service experience.

Proficient analytical, written and oral communication skills.

Proficient using PC, database system, and related software (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.)

Medical terminology training and experience in medical or insurance field preferred.
