The Red Fox Inn & Tavern is Middleburg's boutique inn with 19 guest rooms, suites and cottages, both a tavern and a pub featuring southern fare in a historic setting, and a landmark venue offering bespoke weddings and social events.

We are currently accepting applications for an Inn Shift Manager.
Summary of Position:
The Inn Shift Manager must uphold and maintain the Red Fox Inn & Taverns high standards while coordinating activities of the Inn, the Tavern and the Front of the House Staff to provide outstanding customer service, quality food and beverage, and boutique lodging accommodations in our historic establishment. In addition, the Inn Shift Manager must provide strong leadership for employees and offer customers superior conflict resolution.
Inn manager duties include managing the daily operation of Inn Registration for all Inn room check-ins/check-outs and coordinate logistics with the Housekeeping Department.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 years of hotel front desk experience preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a friendly and positive manner both internally and externally
- Ability to communicate customer needs to other departments in a timely manner and resolve complaints from guests as needed
- Skilled in both oral and written communication
- Personal computer knowledge required (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Four-year college degree preferred
