Loving Angels Home Care in Winchester is currently seeking a Part/Full time Director of Nursing with 5 or more years of nursing and management experience to lead our highly trained home care professionals in Winchester and surrounding areas.
The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall direction of non-medical home health care services and has the overall responsibility for the quality of services provided. The Director of Nursing assures coordination of care for clients and provides overall services supervision of all clients.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide a care plan for clients
Supervise and monitor care to client on a regular basis
Participate in the hiring, training and orientation of personnel.
Monitor operational and client data needed to keep the office operating at peak efficiency
Communicate with client authorized medical professionals regarding client care
Detail oriented and organized
Must be a team leader
Must have critical thinking skills
Excellent communication skills
At least one year of home health experience
Licensed RN in the state of Virginia
Job Types: Part-time - Full-time.
Qualifications/Education/Experience Requirements:
⢠Valid Virginia Nursing License
⢠Home Care or other related healthcare experience preferred
⢠Valid driverâs license & current automobile insurance
