We are presently working four (4) ten (10) hour days (Monday through Thursday) and Friday (Overtime) if needed. First Shift Truss works from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM with 30 minutes for lunch and 15 minutes off from 9:15 to 9:30. First Shift Panels is the same.
Second Shift Panels and Second Shift Truss runs from 7:00 PM until 5:30 AM (with 30 minutes for dinner and 15 minutes).
All of our new workers are considered Temps and will go through a Staffing Agency for the first ninety (90) days. It is our intention to hire on Full Time ASAP. To be offered a full time position, Temp would need to establish a very good record of Attendance and Work Practices.
First Shift Truss and First Shift Panels start off entry builders at $11.00 per hour with a raise after being Flipped to Full-Time.
Second Shift Truss and Panels starts off at $12.00 per hour with a raise after being Flipped to Full-Time.
Generally speaking, the new hire could expect upward to a one dollar ($1.00) raise with benefits at that time. Factors such as Attendance, Attitude and Work Ethics will go into the evaluation and determine the extent of the raise.
