Specialized Mechanical Contractor based out of Front Royal is offering a technician position. Our company installs stainless steel lining for boiler exhausts in commercial and residential buildings throughout DC, Maryland and Virginia.
The person for this position must demonstrate the following qualities and abilities:
Ability to climb ladders, to work from heights on ladders and pitched roofs
Able to work outside year-round in seasonal temperatures and weather extremes
Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs. / Heavy lifting is required
Have basic mechanical aptitude
Be a problem solver
Be reliable and ethical
Must be punctual
Must have dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, and a good driving record
Have good communication skills, be well-spoken, and neat in appearance.
Have a Social security card/be a US citizen
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Bilingual a plus but not required
Pay starts at $15 per hour with a performance review after 3 months.
