Office Manager: dependable, intelligent, detail oriented.
Some experience/knowledge in trade-related business. Will be working with: payroll, basic bookkeeping on Excel, subcontract progress pay aps, subcontract documents, accounts payable, accounts receivable, service dispatch. A lot just done kinda "the old fashioned way" for now on spreadsheets in Excel, Microsoft Word.
1-person operation as small local plumbing and pipefitting company in business since 1995.
30 to 40 hours per week considered, Monday thru Friday.
