Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform basic math functions
Excellent computer skills using Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
Ability to operate standard office equipment including computers, fax/scan machines, postage meter, folding machines and shredders

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Operate multi-line phone system and process a large volume of calls with courtesy and professionalism
Maintain both corporate and divisional phone extension lists and accurately route calls
Order and distribute office supplies
Maintain EEOC application log
Assemble and label brochures for mailings
Pull and email reports for customer service
