We are currently seeking reliable individuals with strong work ethic to join our client's team as Sample Processing Technician in Winchester, VA!
MUST HAVE SHIFT FLEXIBILITY
Qualifications:
Reliable transportation to Winchester, VA
Either an Associates or Bachelors in Biology or related OR technical training in a lab setting
Prior experience in manufacturing preferred
Knowledge of food microbiology, chemistry, dairy standards and CIP sanitation is a plus
Able to start immediately
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Responsibilities include:
Pulling, labeling, and logging samples from production
Participate in environmental testing in and around the plant that includes swabbing, air plating, water sampling etc.
Verifies that plant equipment meets sanitation requirements prior to start up
Various tasks involving the responsibility of the food safety and quality of company products
