Insurance Sales Agent
Compensation:
$40,000 - $125,000 annually
Padilla Life Group, in partnership with The Alliance, is a sales and marketing organization that combines direct selling and agency building opportunities to sell mortgage protection insurance and annuity products through an exclusive network of independent insurance agents. The organization is one of the largest associations of agents of its kind with representatives in all 50 states and is headquartered in Burlington, North Carolina.
We work with 15 A rated insurance companies like Mutual of Omaha and TransAmerica. This gives our agents the ability to find the best fit for their clients. With our range of products, you will be able to cover just about anyone!
We have a high volume of leads available in all 50 states with a proven leads system. We encourage our agents to take advantage of these and generate your own leads and referrals.
We are also looking for agents willing to take advantage of our Management Training Program. This allows you to start your own agency and build your own sales force.
Most of our agents work from home and build their own schedule. This gives you the opportunity to work as MUCH as you want and earn as MUCH money as you want. This means uncapped commissions!
Our training is second to none. We have online courses available for every product that we offer as well as face to face sales training. We pair you up with an agent mentor whose bonuses, and overrides are tied to your success! They will do everything they can to make you as MUCH money as possible FAST!
Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

- Have an ambitious mindset with a self-driven attitude
- Goal oriented with prior success of being part of a winning team or sales experience
- Coachable and ready to learn mentality
The state requires our representatives to have a current life insurance license. We will assist you in obtaining this license if needed.
