Cars4grab.com is hiring an additional Sales Representative. We are a local used car dealership serving the Winchester area and surroundings, West Virginia, Maryland and other nearby states…
WHAT DO WE REQUIRE:
- Able to work four weekdays and Saturday? This is a fixed schedule.
- Must be able to work overtime.
- Our Sales Representatives work 10am - 6pm.
- A proven sales experience in the auto industry retail / wholesale.
- Track record of over closing deals.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques.
- Computer use competency
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Pass a Background Check.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
“Get the sale” using various customer sales methods with the in-person sales close.
Routine Safety checks of company vehicle and coordination with Management on repair & maintenance.

A successful candidate will play a role in increasing income and revenue by streamlining their actions to maximize the number appointments they closes daily, while creating profit through strong and successful negotiation and great presentation of our company with their speed and professionalism in which they do their job.
