Job Summary Aerotek has an immediate opening for an Industrial Electrician with controls experience. This position is a direct placement opportunity, we are looking to have someone start in the role immediately! Please see below for the job duties:The electronics technician will plan, layout, install and maintain, program and trouble shoot electrical and electronic controls and equipment, including PLC and motion control devices, including robots and VFD or Variable Frequency DrivesWorking from complicated drawings, specifications or wiring diagrams and have a hands-on knowledge of electricity and electronicsWorking without drawings and create such drawings when necessary for project workPerform electrical maintenance, including power source and high voltage up to 4160V, which may include sub-stations, transformers, panels, and switch-gear boxesPLC programming, edit ladder logic code with laptop (Allen Bradley)Electronic components include diodes, transistors, resistors, inductors, capacitors, transformers, and switches to name a fewDiagnostic equipment includes multi-meter, volt-meter, o-scopeMaintain accurate repair and maintenance records QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE ELECTRICIANS WITH 3+ YEARS OF COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE About AerotekOur people are everything.
