As Product Manager of Delivery Ops Integration, you will lead a bunch of program and product managers to build, optimize, and scale Sub-Same Day (SSD) delivery network. The leader will have a talent and passion for leading teams, inventing, and scaling operations with the ability to influence leadership at all levels across retail, operations and software development. In partnership with engineering stakeholders, the Product Manager will lead the development and execution of the technical and operational roadmap for cost and quality.Responsibilities include:

· Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ideate, design, implement and roll out products, programs and processes that improve operations in SSD Delivery

· Developing and utilizing data inputs and KPI’s to inform operational adjustments and strategic roadmaps.

· Define and create processes that will scale to meet growing business demands.

· Partnering with Directors, Sr. Managers, and other key operational and technical leaders across the organization.

3+ years of product management experience

Experience managing technical products or online services

Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level

Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization

The base pay for this position ranges from $104,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market.
