Job Title : Project Manager / BI Analyst

Location : Bellevue WA

Position : Full time

Job Description As the Project Manager, you will be managing key initiatives in the Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics team such as migration from an on-prem to a Cloud Data Warehouse, building new data pipelines to the Enterprise Data Warehouse, develop analytical dashboards using Tableau for visibility into Retail Store Performance/Merchandising Functions/Customer Experience and implement Data Science products. You will have the opportunity to manage multiple BI projects that support different lines of business at the coop such as Marketing, Supply Chain and Merchandising. If you are passionate about BI/Analytics and working with a high performing team of Data Engineers, Visualization Engineers and Business Analysts, this is the role for you!A successful candidate will be comfortable partnering closely with Business and IT Stakeholders understanding the business needs/Technical dependencies, developing project charters/plan/budget and subsequently working with our engineering teams to have these delivered.

Bring your passion and expertise• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration or other technical/quantitative discipline.• 2+ years experience managing small to medium projects with both a business and technical focus.• 2+ years experience building and leading teams.• 2+ years experience managing project budget/financials and deliverables.• Experience in Retail Industry or Business Intelligence systems is highly valued.• Passion for data and analytics to drive business value.• Excellent written and verbal communications, with the proven ability to develop and deliver presentations geared for all levels of the organization, including Executive Management.• Strong interpersonal communication skills and proven experience managing teams in highly matrixed organizations• Knowledge of multiple SDLC methodologies, standards, procedures and organization that contribute to the development and deployment of technology solutions.• Thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values and procedures.• Experience coordinating efforts of +5 resources in a matrixed team structure and managing projects with budgets $1M-$3M range.• Skills in resource management, project prioritization, problem solving, issues management and mediation.• Experience developing team level plans, portfolio planning and budgeting.• Ability to work collaboratively and across divisions.• Prior experience in projects involving Cloud platforms, JIRA, Tableau, Snowflake, MPP Databases such Netezza is a strong plus.
