Job Title: Project Manager II

Description:
Focused on cell site decom program. At least 3-5 years relevant experience required.
Skills required:
§ Project management (tracking dates, cost savings and avoidance, ensuring timely deliverable to meet deadlines)
§ Vendor management (3rd party vendors who are negotiating the lease terminations and P&W terms)
§ Lease/landlord negotiation (directing 3rd party vendors and making business decisions/recommendations for how to proceed with negotiations, talking with landlords on phone and via email as needed, ability to weigh trade-offs in negotiations to get the best outcome for client)
§ Familiarity with drafting, reading and interpreting contract language (basic understanding as legal will review redlines)
§ Experience using the following databases and tools is a plus: SprintVision, Document Finder, Cell Site Tracker, Azure storage explorer, Salesforce, SharePoint, Webex, O365, DocuSign
Brief description of the work:
§ Soft cost services for the Decom & Divestiture program
o Managing vendors to complete Due Diligence (DD) packages as part of the offer to Dish (sometimes self-performing compiling DD packages when turnaround times are too short to allow for PO issuance to vendors)
o Primary focus is lease terminations
§ Partnering with 3rd party vendors to negotiate termination rights and reduced deconstruction scope (i.e. Pay & Walk)
§ Tracking against tight deadlines for negotiations to ensure meeting the 60-day SLA from ‘end of Dish Option period’ to ‘issuance of NTP’ to the deconstruction team
§ Data entry of all cost savings and avoidance realized for each site
§ Ensuring all actions are completed to trigger rent stop
