As the Senior Search Engine Marketing Manager for Unity, you will help drive growth by contributing to the strategic direction that delivers value to users across the Unity ecosystem.What you’ll be doingBuild strategies, playbooks, processes, and plans around the growth and optimization of SEM
Forecast revenue and pace to weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals by product and campaign
Work holistically and in partnership withou Digital Marketing and Paid Media teams
Turn strategies into outcomes through strong follow-through and outstanding interpersonal skills
Manage, mentor, and provide guidance for your team
What we’re looking forSophisticated subject matter expertise in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
Detailed problem-solving skills to provide the team more solutions than questions
Experience driving growth for an enterprise-level e-commerce business and/or for a B2B software business (ideally a subscription or SaaS business)
Direct revenue tracking experience attributed to SEM, plus Account-Based Management lead generation experience
Experience using AdTech & Marketing Automation tools
