CloudMoyo is seeking a strategic Recruitment Consultant to lead the hiring of senior sales professionals across key U.S. markets. This role is pivotal in scaling our organization by identifying and securing top-performing sales leaders who drive growth in consulting services, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem and offshore delivery models.Key Responsibilities:Own the full-cycle recruitment process for high-impact sales leadership roles across multiple U.S. regions.Partner with CloudMoyo’s senior leadership to define hiring needs, ideal candidate profiles, and go-to-market alignment.Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier sales leaders with experience in:Selling IT consulting servicesWorking with or within system integratorsDriving revenue in Microsoft ecosystemsManaging offshore delivery engagementsDeliver market intelligence on sales talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of sales executives, ensuring readiness for current and future roles.Collaborate with hiring managers to tailor recruitment strategies to territory dynamics, vertical focus, and customer segments.Leverage data-driven recruiting practices, ensuring ATS accuracy, reporting cadence, and performance metrics to optimize hiring outcomes.Continuously improve recruitment processes to ensure speed, quality, and candidate experience.
