The Superintendent will play a central role in ensuring our homes are completed safely, on-time and on-budget while adhering to our high quality standards. This is achieved by having the Superintendent oversee the execution of all onsite, day-to-day activities being performed by internal crews and subs for multiple residential construction projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with a desire to lead and apply their residential construction expertise to building remarkable homes.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
5+ years Superintendent experience in residential construction, either with a high-volume residential spec/plat builder or custom home builder Ability to walk a job site and accurately assess the extent to which safety, quality, and productivity standards are being met by subs and field staff Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Bluebeam and Builder Trend experience is a plus Ability to make reasonable, rational, quick decisions while under pressure and when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays Ability to effectively multitask and juggle multiple, simultaneous demands Ability to review and accurately interpret engineering, architectural and other construction drawings Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the willingness to be a proactive partner in a collaborative, tight-knit industry Willingness to learn, and an open mind about doing things you've done before in new ways
