Experienced marketing professional required to manage the marketing and communications for World Spree Travel. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing the brand in the market place, ensuring maximum return on investment from marketing spend and be an instrumental part of the company’s planned growth.

Key Duties:

• Manage the marketing budget across on and offline to maximize return on investment.
• Responsible for design, production and distribution of all advertising and direct mail.
• Develop the company’s online presence through social media, blogs and search engine optimization.
• Ensure the positive positioning of the brand through successful PR.
• Implement an effective customer relationship management strategy.
• Write excellent and original copy to promote our range of tour products.
• Work closely in collaboration with other departments and outside agencies.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive marketing experience, preferably from a travel background.
• Well developed creative, planning, organizational, negotiating and decision-making skills.
• Strong commercial focus.
• Confident with online marketing and social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good IT knowledge including MS Office programs.
