Accountemps has an immediate need for Loan Processors and Processing Assistants to help with various mortgage companies in the north end due the high volume of low interest rates. This is for project and temp to hire opportunities. 1+ year Loan Processing experience. In this position, you will be responsible for the entire end-to-end mortgage loan process which will include gathering and processing all loan documentation and ensuring compliance with policy, regulatory and loan terms. Responsibilities will also include reviewing each loan file to verify that documents are present, accurate and complete before underwriting and managing loan process through mortgage software system, ensuring that loan rules, obligations and deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- 1+ years’ experience processing loans
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional and USDA loans
