Growing, local property management company is looking to hire a part time Assistant/Bookkeeper. This position will start part time, with potential room for growth.
Duties will include:
Pay supplier invoices and bills in a timely manner
Processing monthly financial reports
Process payroll
Quickbooks and internal program (Appfolio) reconciliation
Assist with incoming emails and phone calls
Assist with move in and move out processes
Assist with office needs, errands and misc office tasks needed
Other job tasks may be assigned as needed
Required Skills:
You will be working with other office staff as well as property owners and tenants. We require a high level of integrity, excellent customer service skills, confidentiality and a detail oriented individual. Looking for someone adept in GSuite, Quickbooks, and Appfolio. We will provide company specific training as well. We are looking for a self starter who will take pride in this position and the company.
