Looking for a full charge bookkeeper. QuickBooks knowledge is required!
Responsibilities:
Manage all office filing systems
Payroll
Quarterly Payroll Tax Filing (L&I, Excise, 941, 940)
Bank Reconciliations
QuickBooks Data Entry
Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Tax Reporting
Filing and office organizational systems
Financial Preparations
Qualifications:
3+ years Bookkeeping
3+Payroll
Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel
Able to Multi Task
Positive and Productive attitude including personal accountability
Able to handle confidential info with discretion
Self-driven, motivated, results-oriented
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, multi task, good customer relations, and must have a strong attention to detail and keep our company filing, invoicing and billing up to date.
This person should have a positive get it done attitude and has the ability to take on increased responsibilities as needed.
