INSURANCE SALES TRAINEE NEEDED ASAP (FERNDALE)
Successful Ferndale State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated person to join their team for the role of Account Representative. This job is for a person seeking long-term employment.
Insurance experience is NOT necessary.
Our office is fun, friendly and family-oriented. We support each other in a non-competitive sales environment. We work together to reach our common goal, which is to make sure our clients are taken care of.

Requirements include:
Sales and customer service experience
Excellent communication skills including written and verbal
Motivated and excited to help our clients
Professional demeanor and appearance
Team player attitude
Property & Casualty license (or must be willing to obtain)
Life & Health license (or must be willing to obtain)
Ability to pass a thorough background check
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
