Qualification:
Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience.
Strong conversation & Communication skills via phone & email.
Construction knowledge is a plus.
A willingness to learn new things and keep up to date on product lines.
Attention to detail & strong organization skills.
Strong computer skills (outlook, excel & word).
Ability to multi-task.
Good teamwork skills.
