Bellingham Training & Tennis Club
Are you super flexible and available to work mostly early mornings and an occasional midshift or closing shift?
Opening at 5:00am-11:00 and/or weekends Opening or Closing.
We know that our front desk team is the most important first impression of the Club and we are searching for a team member who will help us offer world class service. We are looking for a mature, outgoing, dependable, pro-active, organized individual who is looking for a long-term position. As a team member, you will need to consistently deliver a top notch customer experience and professional interaction with our Club community.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet guests and members with a smile!
Keep track of Fitness and Tennis rosters
Schedule Fitness appointments and Tennis matches
Enroll participants in our Programs
Use Club Automation Software for all Programs and Point of Sale Transactions (will train)
Learn the names of our members
Be knowledgeable about and provide information about the Club and our services
Answer multi-line phones
Restock Pro Shop
Data Input and process paperwork
Basic Club maintenance including towel laundry, tidying the Club, regular cleaning, and believing and acting on the saying “if you have time to lean, you have time to clean.”
Be a Go-Getter: Generally doing what it takes to help make things run smoothly.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years customer service experience
Basic level of computer competency (will train you on our systems)
Sales Experience a PLUS
CPR/AED/First Aid certification required (or must be completed within 30 days of hire - we will pay for this)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be 18+ years old
WAGES
This is a part-time position, 15-25 hours per week
During first 90 days (training/probation period): Starting wage $13.50-15.00 /hour DOE
With wage review at 90 day review and upon completion of training.
BENEFITS
Paid Sick Time: Accrual begins immediately upon first work date. Accrue up to 52 hours per year with max 40-hour rollover to the next year.

Continuing Education: After six months of employment with BTTC, each staff member working 15 hours or more per week is eligible for a $200 annual educational allowance that can be used for conferences or other educational events.
CPR/AED/First Aid: You are required to have CPR/AED/First Aid Certification. BTTC will pay for your class time and certification.
BTTC Logo Wear: We will provide you with 2 shirts and 1 jacket. Additional BTTC clothing at cost + 10%
