Full time sales/customer service position available.
Rain-Cap Truck and Auto Accessories is looking for a self motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate. We take pride in our reputation of great customer service to all truck and SUV owners, and are looking for someone who shares our values. This position is 40 hrs a week Monday-Saturday, 8:30-5:00, with rotating day(s) off. Two years of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Provide walk-in customers with counter assistance.
Answering phone and taking accurate messages.
Shipping and receiving. Generate and confirm purchase orders with suppliers.
Receive payments for merchandise or service sold.
Participate in physical inventory, stock merchandise and maintain displays.

Qualifications and Skills:
Sales experience is a plus!
Excellent communication skills, specifically the ability to ask questions to determine parts needs and explain
products as to customer goals.
Good organizational skills, strong attention to detail.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
Requires a valid Washington State Drivers License
