JOB SUMMARY

The Regional Manager is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day operations of the assigned CES region and ensures quality and successful functioning of the region. The position is also responsible for meeting financial outcomes and maintaining a professional work environment, in alignment with our organizational values and vision. The Regional Manager works within the guidelines of the organization, laws, policies, contracts, and licensing requirements; this includes but is not limited to: provision of safe and quality services to clients; personnel management (hiring, training, and supervising employees); meeting contract requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree in social services or closely related field or high school diploma with 4 years successful experience in a relevant position. Candidates must demonstrate supervisory abilities that promote effective employee performance, exceptional leadership skills, and experience in successful financial management. Ability to work as a team member across functions.

JOB SKILLS/TRAINING/EQUIPMENT

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to think critically, analyze complex situations and develop solutions, and meet the demands of shifting priorities. Must be proficient in use of technology, including Microsoft Office programs. Must meet and maintain WAC and contract education and training requirements, and complete SA Managers Training series. Travel as needed for shifting job demands.
