Endless Potential is seeking a great BCBA to join our team in beautiful Bellingham, WA. We're a small, BCBA-owned agency that prides itself in providing high-quality ABA services to children aged 2-18 in our beautiful clinic and via telehealth. We utilize a strengths-based approach to our staff members, resulting in a culture that promotes learning and personal growth for all. Caseloads are relatively small and we have a number of Assistant Behavior Analysts to support BCBAs with programming. We also offer the Day Treatment Program for our youngest clients, which incorporates Speech therapy and parent training. All of our treatment planning and programming is done through Rethink, which automates data collection, graphing, and reporting. We also use the VBMapp App for assessment, and recently created a VBMapp assessment room at our clinic with everything you need at your fingertips!
We accept most insurance and are looking for providers who have experience writing treatment plans for insurance authorization. We offer part- and full-time positions with competitive wages and a generous benefits package. All employees receive accrued paid time off and a Simple IRA retirement plan with 2% of wages paid by Endless Potential (no employee contribution required). Employees who maintain at least 32 billable hours per week are eligible for Kaiser Permanente health insurance (option of HMO or PPO plan) with 75% of the premiums paid by Endless Potential.
