Job Title: Cabinet Designer / Sales Associate
Position Type: Full-Time
Job Summary: Our company is seeking a Cabinet Designer / Sales Associate responsible for handling cabinet sales start to finish and assisting in interior and countertop sales as needed. You will be working in the office as a sales associate selling cabinets and assisting with selling other interiors as well as designing cabinets and doing onsite measures for cabinets and flooring. This is a multi-faceted position with a balance of assisting customers with cabinet design & estimates as well as behind-the-scenes office duties.
In order for you to be selected as a candidate, you MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience designing with the 20/20 Design Software, you will need the ability to write clearly, be proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with QuickBooks. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is essential.
Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and visitors in show room
Recording client information
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
Creating maintaining and entering information into databases and design programs
Collect and record information for cabinet designs and changes
Assist with incoming calls and other communications as needed
Ordering cabinets within client timeline
Coordinating assembly, delivery, and installation of cabinets
Maintaining inventory of stock cabinets & trim
Educating customers on the product they are purchasing
Going onsite and doing cabinet & flooring measurements
Requirements:
Minimum 2-years experience designing with 20/20 Design Software
Front of house sales experience
Some experience with QuickBooks
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Time management skills
Team-player mindset
Positive attitude
Reliable transportation
