Job Responsibilities:
Case management
Individual case supervision
Professional and timely documentation
Assessments and diagnosing
Consultation with other clinical professionals
Review of case record maintenance
Treatment planning
Providing mental health services
Understand and adhere to the policies and procedures
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care
Community outreach
Crisis management and stabilization
Intake and assessment
Job Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Services, Psychology or related field
Personal car, liability insurance and valid WA driver license
Compensation: $19.23-$25 per hour (unlicensed) & $25 - $26/hour (licensed) dependent on experience and credentials + up to $500 monthly performance incentives. Medical, dental, paid vacation, sick time and holidays and a generous 401 (k) (currently matching 50%).
