Job Summary
To provide an excellent, high-quality fine dining experience to all guests, communicating with both the front of the house as well as the back of the house, working three-to-five breakfast shifts weekly.

Qualifications
2 years minimum serving experience required
Must be OK with 6 a.m. start times
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a valid Food Handlers Card
Must have MAST 12 Permit
Must be able to stand, walk, bend over and/or perform any other physical activities as necessary for several hours at a time
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and/or holidays
Strong communication skills
Upbeat, friendly and positive attitude
Comfortable handling both cash and credit
Responsibilities
Interact with guests in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner
Process guests' orders to ensure all items are prepared properly and in a timely manner
Communicates with the host/hostess, bus person, kitchen staff, as well as the rest of the servers to ensure guest satisfaction with the food and service
Accurately accounts for all sales, discounts, promotions and reporting in P.O.S. system
Function as a sales person through in depth knowledge of all menu items and ingredients, both food and beverage
Inform guests of menu changes, specials, and answer any questions about a particular item on the menu
