Doe Bay Café is part of a small resort tucked away on the east side of Orcas Island. The café is dedicated to employing talented and thoughtful individuals, provides a warm community environment and room for growth. Doe Bay is surrounded by the sea, small farms, and the forest, all of which help shape the community and menu.
We have a 1+ acre garden onsite providing the cafe with exceptional produce.
We are currently accepting applications for all BOH positions for the summer season. New hires will join our crew in June and work the busy season through September. There is the opportunity for advancement and year round employment if it is a good fit.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a âSeed to Table programâ.
Candidates should be team-oriented, dependable, able to perform well in a high pressure atmosphere, comfortable in a rural setting and have a great attitude suited to working in an open kitchen.

The pay rate will depend on experience and the position. All BOH postitions are tipped. Benefits include on-site housing opportunities, spa access, employee discounts for all yoga classes and massage.
