After 30 years in Glacier Milano's is moving to Fairhaven, with an improved concept. While keeping some of our traditional dishes we're bringing Milano's to a much higher level in all fronts. Milano's makes its own pasta, bread, sauces, stocks, etc and uses top ingredients: wild prawns, grass fed beef and lamb, jamon Iberico, local ingredients whenever feasible. Our positions available:
For all positions: good work ethics, team player a must, understanding what working in a harassment free environment in all levels means (it will definitely cost your job otherwise) and honesty.
We have some innovative techniques for to prevent virus contamination for workers and customers and we back up our employees against unreasonable customers.
Cooks: we're looking for cooks with experience in fine dinning or the willingness to learn and get to know more non traditional techniques. Team work and versatility are essential.
Bartenders: Bar Veneto is an Italian themed bar with an international flair. Although being a "bar chef", "cocktailian" or whatever you wanna call yourself, being a bar tender, a person that tends the bar and has the customer as the priority is the non negotiable point. Being willing to learn and work on a bar that has amazing booze at all levels: beer, wine, spirits. Several things we do are unique.
Servers: Team work essential. Fine dining experience or willingness to learn crucial. Understanding that bartenders and servers are our sales people. Knowing upselling with no discomfort for the customers, very good knowledge of wines, beers and spirits.
Part time or full time.
