OVN is hiring for multiple kitchen positions:
- Pizzaiolo - f/t & p/t - professional line experience is required. Pizza experience is preferred. Neapolitan pizza experience is highly preferred.
- Prep-Cook / line cook - f/t & p/t - professional prep experience is required.
For pizzaiolo: Weekend and evening availability is required.
For Prep: shifts start @ 8am, weekend availability is required.
Must be able to furnish valid ServSafe or equivalent WA food handlers permit w/in 14 days of hire.
7-day Trial wage is $12/hr. If you are offered full-employment beyond that period, starting wage is $13/hr plus tips. Additional $/hr with additional skill development ($14-16). Tip pool participation adds $1-2.50/hr.

We strongly believe that skills can be taught, but attitude, work ethic and professionalism cannot.
HOW WE ONBOARD: We use a 7 day trial period to evaluate your work ethic, skill set and fit for our team and program needs. This gives you the opportunity to establish a "body of work" in the field, for us to evaluate you on.
From there we train you to execute a set of skills of up to our standards so that we can schedule you for non-training shifts. Then we provide opportunities to train on other skills to establish a standard of execution that opens up other shift scheduling options.
