FOH/BOH Shift workers needed in Bellingham area
Looking to make some easy, quick cash this winter season? Need to make some holiday money over winter break? Calling all FOH and BOH workers who want to pick up some temporary Shifts in the Bellingham area this upcoming holiday season!

- Servers/Waitstaff
- Bartenders
- Bussers/Food Runners
- Housekeeping Staff

Who is Eligible?
Seasoned and dynamic hospitality professionals who need minimal training for their booked shift and can jump right into any action that the Shift requires. You must have at least 2 years of experience in the Shift positions you wish to book.
You are required to be confident in engaging with new individuals and seamlessly integrating into different teams, all while being adaptable to unfamiliar environments and instructions.
Must be 18+ to apply (legal age to become an independent 1099 worker)
Must live in Northern WA at this time - we are NOT onboarding in any other market at this time (No Seattle worker onboarding)
What's Next?
To start onboarding, simply follow the steps below:
1. Download the Poached Jobs app and fill out your Poached Jobs profile - including uploads of your WA State Food Handlers and MAST certifications
2. Add a profile photo to your Poached Jobs profile - your photo must show your face and not include any other people - the more professional looking, the better chances of remaining booked for a Shift!
3. APPLY TO THIS JOB AD WITH A RESUME- this is how we will know your account is ready for review, and you have completed all of the above steps.
If you have not completed the above steps, or are not eligible for Shifts, we will not respond to your application
4. If accepted for Shifts, you will receive an email from our Onboarding team with next steps and information on how to move forward and book your first Shift!
Things to Note: A Poached worker is an independent contractor using our app and Jobs platform to acquire gigs. Please note that Shift workers are not employed by Poached. Those who work Poached Shifts are responsible for managing their own schedules and personal commitments while completing shifts.
If you are already approved for Shifts in any market - DO NOT APPLY TO THIS POST, YOU ARE ALREADY SET TO GO - simply book the Shifts that you can commit to work!
