Greeting and welcoming patients as they arrive
Answering the phone
Educating patients and coordinating with other dentists and surgeons in the community
Preparing treatment plans, accepting insurance details and coordinating financing options
Scheduling new and current patients

Multitask in a fast paced dental office
Good computer skills and know how to work with Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)

What will you be doing?
As a highly valued team member you will be part of our Lynden location denture clinic. Most often you will be the first and last point of contact for patients. Your professional attitude and organizational skills will be essential to the operations of the company. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the office from scheduling appointments, answering patient questions and maintaining a happy positive approach to all you do.

Job Type: 25+ hours per week but must be willing to work flexible schedule and hours (no weekends)
