Hiring MHPs in our ever expanding Geriatrics Transition Program (GTP)at Sunrise Services in Bellingham, WA.
The MHPs will work with older adults with mental health problems, physical health problems and challenging behaviors. Provide in-depth assessments of clients, their behaviors and work with them and their caregivers to resolve conflicts and stabilize their living situations.
Your duties may include intake and assessment, case management, community outreach, crisis management and stabilization, intensive outpatient services, as well as counseling activities. This is a full time position.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Services, Psychology or related field
- Personal car, liability insurance and valid WA driver license required
$19.23 - $28 per hour dependent on education and experience.
