As an Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional you will work with individuals in their own homes by conducting nighttime ground checks, assisting in household maintenance tasks, and assisting clients with their nighttime and morning routines.

Job Summary:
Direct Support Professionals are an essential part of our team - responsible for assisting each participant with reaching his/her fullest potential spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, and physically. You will work one-on-one in homes assisting each participant with his/her daily needs.
Requirements:
We require all of our candidates to:
Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Be at least 18 years of age
Pass background check, according to Washington State eligibility criteria
Complete a driving abstract background check
