While no industry experience is needed, these qualifications are a must before applying:
Full-time, year-round availability.
Good physical shape for outside labor (able to work outdoors in any weather 40-50 hours/week).
No tobacco/drug use (this includes vaping, chew and marijuana).
Valid WA Driver's License.
Insurable for commercial vehicle.
Willing to be trainedour way.
Ability to pass WA State Pesticide License exam.
