Local Property Management company looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete work orders which may include general rental/turn over repairs, painting, minor carpet repairs, and other maintenance duties.
Has knowledge of general maintenance duties; plumbing, basic electric, general carpentry skills, and painting.
Respond to requests in a timely manner with a professional attitude.
Complete work orders in a thorough and timely manner.
Maintain and safeguard all company tools/equipment.
Maintain a clean and well stocked warehouse.
Deliver superior customer service and always represent the company in a professional manner.
Must be able to work with a hard-working, diverse group of people.
Work schedule is Monday Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Must be available for scheduled on call and some weekends required during the summer.
