Draper Valley Farm Hatchery in Lynden is looking to add an essential team member. The person that we are looking for must have strong personal integrity, very organized with good communication skills. Must work well with others and be highly self-motivated.
Some of the tasks required for this position are machine checks, assessing chick quality, troubleshooting equipment and completing essential paperwork.
Skills/Personality
Basic mechanical skill set (hand/power tools, minor electrical, etc)
Read and write English
Must follow Safety rules

Physically fit
Detail oriented
On the job training will be provided. The schedule during the training period will be Monday through Friday 6am-3pm.
Actual work schedule 4pm-12am Sunday-Thursday and On-Call Hours
This is a full-time position with paid time off, holiday pay, medical benefits and 401k options.
Must be able to pass a drug screening including marijuana
