Job Description:
Receiving orders
Prepare items for shipment
Complete online shipping forms with DHL, FedEx, USPS
Assist with carrier communications
Verify data for accuracy against Purchase Orders
Quality Control check on all outgoing orders
Input shipping data Excel and CRM software
Make local vendor pickups and deliveries
Work to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
familiarity with Microsoft office (emphasis on Excel and Outlook)
keyboarding skills
valid drivers license
- Essential skills:
highly detail oriented
polite, professional verbal communication
concise written communication
team player, planning and organization capable
ability to lift/move boxes (most under 50 lbs)
Compensation:
- Initial training (4 months)
- Starting hourly wage: $13/hr training period; Up to $15/hr afterwards commensurate with experience
