We are searching for a strong print and layout designer.About Us: We are a dynamic business consulting and marketing firm that specializes in the real estate industry. We need a graphic designer who understands the elements of brand creation and can apply that brand to the various functional materials that real estate professional needs.
Position is part-time. While we are currently working from home, post-COVID, we work out of our office just outside Downtown Bellingham.
NOTE: We have a second ad running right now for a full-time position that includes both print design and online marketing. Required skills:
Creative, tasteful, and professional design skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Attention to detail and clean file management a must
Impeccable time management and self-leadership skills
Ability to stay on schedule and keep records
Ability to discuss projects with clients over the phone and email and coordinate several projects at once
Ability to shift gears often and multi-task
Great communication skills with other staff members
PC fluent with an understanding of Mac platform
Preferred skills:
MS Publisher (our clients use it)
Additional requirements:
Background check, credit check, personality test and references may be required for finalists
Must work in our office in Bellingham. We are not looking for a freelance designer.
