We have an immediate opening for an Administrative Sales Coordinator to our Director of Sales in our Bellingham, WA facility.

Responsibilities for Administrative Sales Coordinator:

Serve as the primary point of contact for the Director of Sales and sales staff

Manage the Director of Sales workflow to include delegation of tasks, calendar and scheduling

Prepare agendas and take minutes for various inter-departmental meetings

Prepare reports and maintain spreadsheets

Prioritize workload

Answer all in-coming calls for the Director of Sales

Draft memos and emails on behalf of the Director of Sales

Follow up with staff regarding project status and ensuring deadlines are met

Deliver various types of correspondence on behalf of the Director of Sales

Maintain an organizational system

Maintain vendor databases

Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling inquiries by phone

Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly

Collaborate with sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports

Qualifications for Administrative Sales Coordinator:

Demonstrated ability to assist management and sales representatives with additional work as needed

Strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking

Must have strong communication skills to create and distribute departmental memos

Must be able to assist in all sales and marketing campaigns as needed

High school diploma or equivalent

Must have at least 2 years administrative and/or sales support experience

Type at least 50 WPM

Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Detail oriented

Accurate

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to meet deadlines

Team oriented
