Dri-Eaz Products, a Legend Brands company is now hiring for a full time Receptionist/Sales Operations Assistant at Legend Brands' corporate office in Burlington, WA. As the first point of contact this position provides professional, respectful and friendly interaction with clients, guests and company employees at all times. In addition to other administrative tasks, assists sales department with order entry, maintains product knowledge, and assists customers.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times and stay level-headed even under pressure
Highly skilled in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); skilled in Access a plus
Previous administrative assist and and/or data entry experience
Hard-working team player with positive attitude
High attention to detail
Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system
Proven ability to problem solve
Ability to proofread documents and identify errors
Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent
Intermediate math skills
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an receptionist/office assistant/data entry role
