Local Real Estate company is looking for a long term Office Manager to add to our growing team. This person will be in charge of client care, transaction management, and overall office operations.
Additional job requirements include:
Manage all office systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back office support
Light bookkeeping duties (training provided)
Ensure that the office continues to comply with all state agency requirements pertaining to advertising requirements, client, and transaction files as state laws and regulations change over time
Manage and respond to incoming office communication from clients, lenders, title companies, and other realtors.
Oversight on all transactions
Manage all office listings including photo scheduling, sign ordering, and filing signed paperwork
Maintain Operations Manual to ensure all systems and policies are up to date
Coordinate the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment
Stay up to date with office agents on incoming communication regarding files or arising problems that need to be addressed
Be involved in Community Outreach planning and organizing
Coordinate monthly mailers and emails to client database
Seeking individuals with current Washington State Real Estate License. If you currently arent licensed you must be willing to obtain Real Estate License within first 12 months of employment.
