We are currently hiring retail superstars to join our sales management team in beautiful Wenatchee Washington. We look for leaders that are gifted in customer service: social, dynamic, intelligent, driven and can troubleshoot problems when they arise. We do require either extensive cash handling experience in a tip-based service job such as waiting or bartending or previous industry experience. Management experience is required for this position. College and bilingual a plus.

The current scheduling need is 10-8:30 Saturday through Tuesday, 45 hours weekly

Job location: Wenatchee, WA
Pay: Pay is negotiable and ranges between a $45,000.00 and $55,000.00 annual based plus tips, bonuses and pay for performance. Tips average $50-$100 daily. Pay for performance is metric driven with most Assistant GMs ranging in the 75-85% achievement range. Pay for performance is paid out monthly on the previous months performance with up to 10,000.00 annual potential. Additional sales bonuses exist for sales metric performances. Estimated gross income is between $73,000 - $83,000 annually.
Must-have Qualifications:
21 years of age or older
Excellent Cannabis knowledge
2 years cannabis retail experience
1 year retail cannabis sales management experience
Customer service experience
Register/cash handling experience
Pass background check
Uniform required. Provided by company
Able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances while on shift.
Ability to work days/nights – weekends/all major holidays – on call shifts
Able to communicate effectively
Must be comfortable working closing shifts alone

Qualities we look for:
Knowledge of LCB & I502 Laws and Regulations.
English-Spanish Bilingual preferred.
