Job Summary:
An Inside Sales Account Manager will help develop new prospects and work with existing customers primarily by phone, to increase Flora product sales. The Inside Accounts Manager provides support to customers over the phone and by email. They also manage their account lists via our Sales Contact Software (Zendesk), and be willing to do a sales report weekly.

Minimum Qualifications:
Be proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word and Excel
Have a keen interest in Flora Products
Enjoy Teamwork, and yet achieving personal goals
Education:
Minimum High School Diploma
Training and Skills:
To perform this job successfully, and individual should have knowledge of email, spreadsheets, and word processing software (Microsoft). Ability to read, write, and follow instructions. Works well independently. Ability, once educated, to speak on the phone, or articulate via email about Flora products. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages. Ability to learn new skills, including Zendesk CRM.
Work Environment:
Long periods of sitting at a computer
May require working occasional overtime-flexibility of schedule as needed
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to type or handle and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk or stand. The employee is seldom required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
